Staff secretly learnt dance moves of &#8216;twisting lightbulbs&#8217; &#8216;buzzing bee&#8217;s&#8217; &amp; &#8216;waves&#8217; all to music and performed not only on stage in front of hundreds of co workers but then joined the audience in the isles &#8216;flash mob&#8217; style to bring participation to the whole auditorium. This was a good moment with nearly everyone joining in including the CEO who completely through himself into the task.
