Inflatable branding
Posted by Ian Everett on Monday Nov 4, 2013 Under UncategorizedThis month I have been involved with Production Managing a multi nation Government Summit event in London. The Festival area was an exhibition that required bright but clearly defined areas for visitors and exhibitors.
We used inflatable totems held vertical with a fan fitted at the base and an internal light to illuminate the fabric. Helium balloons with logos were tethered within the exhibition pods to identify areas.
A separate area within the exhibition hall needed to be created for seminar and workshop sessions for up to 50 delegates. A really smart idea by others I might add was to create a room within a room using an inflatable structure. The fan was quiet which held the structure erect and with the general hub hub of the exhibition as a backdrop sound track the delegates were still able to focus on the presenter. Nicknamed The Igloo this was a very popular addition to the festival. I would certainly use this method again.
